Ali Moayed, 41, was also accused of falsifying pathology reports for two other patients and recommending they undergo the treatment, known as brachy-therapy. All three instances were in 2005.All three victims were older men who spoke English as a second language, Deputy District Attorney Bill Butler said. Moayed pleaded guilty Jan. 25 to one count each of felony elder abuse and felony insurance fraud.
