A heart surgeon had to take a break from a mercy-mission operation in El Salvador so he could donate his own rare-type blood for his 8-year-old patient. Dr. Samuel Weinstein said he had his blood drawn, ate a Pop-Tart, returned to the operating table and watched as his blood helped the boy survive the complex surgery…this doctor has both, the right medical physical and mental spirit for that poor boy ;)

This kid is trying to train for next year's Iditarod dog sled race. The only problem is he doesn’t have any dogs and it's not very snowy out. So he uses the next best thing, a plastic crate, a pickup truck and a parking lot. Watch out for turn three, it's a dozy ;)
